From the beginning of the conflict on 27 September to 28 October, 69 civilians, including children and women, were killed and 322 others injured in Armenian Army’s attacks on human settlements, according to the Prosecutor General’s Office of Azerbaijan.
They also added that Armenian Armed Forces targeted many major cities of Azerbaijan, destroying 92 buildings, 2,338 homes and 415 public buildings.
According to the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh, another 59 soldiers were killed in the attacks by Azerbaijan.
