Moris Machalikashvili, detained in connection with the June 20 case, released from the courtroom on the basis of a plea bargain. Tbilisi City Court approved the plea bargain agreed between the parties and ordered two-year probation for him.

The defendant pleaded guilty at today’s trial. Moris Machalikashvili is accused of involvement in a group action, which included violence, destruction of another person"s property and assault on representatives of the government.
