Weather forecasters predict a sharp deterioration of the weather in Georgia.

As the National Environmental Agency says, there will be rain in Georgia. Snow expected in the mountains and highlands. Fog and snow will be in some places, with occasional strong western winds on February 4. Besides, a storm of 4-5 degrees will take place at sea.

Heavy rainfall can significantly increase the water level of the small rivers of western Georgia, and the formation of avalanches in the mountainous zones of the country as well as trigger landslide-activation.
