The Member of the United National Movement in Tbilisi City Assembly Levan Khabeishvili has been charged in connection with the incident that took place in Sakrebulo.

Khabeishvili was charged under Article 126, Part I of the Criminal Code, which pertains to beating or other forms of violence that caused physical pain of the victim.
