Levan Khabeishvili, a deputy from the United National Movement, arrived at the Tbilisi City Assembly with stairs.

According to him, the City Assembly is a Kajeti prison, and he was trying to enter the building with the help of a ladder.

At first, security service officers tried to stop a deputy, and he was not allowed to place a staircase on the Assembly building, but later, he was allowed to enter the building. Thus, hi didn’t use the stairs.
