The Swiss company Edelweiss Air enters the Georgian aviation market

Edelweiss Air, a subsidiary of Swiss International Air Lines and a member of the Lufthansa Group, will commence direct flights from Zurich to Tbilisi starting April 12, 2025.

According to the United Airports of Georgia, the new route would operate twice per week using Airbus A320 aircraft. Tickets for the new route are now available for purchase on both Edelweiss and Swiss International Airlines websites.

Edelweiss Air, established 29 years ago, operates flights to 90 destinations in Europe and the United States from its Zurich base.
