Income from the export of peaches and nectarines reaches USD 23 million. In particular, according to the Ministry of Environment Protection and agriculture of Georgia, from May 1 to August 6, 2024, Georgia exported 17.9 thousand tonnes of peaches and nectarines, amounting to USD 20.7 million.

The volume of exported peaches and nectarines increased by 647 tonnes (4%), while the value- USD 1.9 million (10%), compared to the same period in 2023.

It is worth mentioning that in the last ten years, the export of peaches and nectarines exceeded 170 thousand tonnes. The income from exports reached USD 154 million.
