Another trial of Mikheil Saakashvili to be held today

The trial on the issue of postponement of the sentence or release of Mikheil Saakashvili will be held today. The sitting is scheduled for 11:00 in the Tbilisi City Court.

At the previous trial, the Special Penitentiary Service presented the expert report prepared by the National Forensics Bureau in the case of the former president.

According to the lawyer of the Penitentiary Service, the mentioned conclusion refers to the diagnoses made by the Empathy Center, which was supposed to be attached to the case materials as evidence.
