Georgian female fencers have won 1 gold and 2 silver medals at the ongoing Wheelchair Fencing World Cup in Washington.

Irma Khetsuriani, a 2022 European Champion and World Cup winner, won a gold after defeating Rossana Pasquino [Italy] in the sabre final. She also collected a silver at the championship in the Sabre category, conceding the final to Saysunee Jana [Thailand].

Nina Tibilashvili, winner of the bronze medal from the 2022 World Cup in São Paulo, earned the other silver medal.
