Roads Department of the Georgian Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development announced traffic restrictions on several sections of road due to heavy snow. Among them is Gombori - Telavi highway.

Movement on the mentioned road is allowed for light vehicles using anti-skid chains, while the movement of all-wheel drive vehicles is permitted.

Special equipment works non-stop to clean the roads. Traffic on problematic sections is controlled by the patrol police.
