Georgia’s revenues from tourism reached USD 3.2 billion between January-November, a 103.5% recovery from the same period of the pre-pandemic 2019 and a 182.4% increase over the same period of 2021.
According to the National Tourism Administration, Georgia hosted 4,862,247 international travellers in the first 11 months of 2022, a 185.5% increase year-on-year and a 55.9% recovery from 2019.
Figures during the same period included 3,348,333 international tourist type visits, a 133.7% increase compared to the January-November period of 2021 and a 70.2% recovery on 2019.
