Mikheil Saakashvili, was restricted from using electronic cigarettes by the decision of the attending doctors and the relevant unit of the Penitentiary Department.

“The accused/convict Mikheil Saakashvili used a large amount of e-cigarettes, which became the basis for the group of doctors treating him in the medical institution, as well as the relevant unit of the Penitentiary Department, to make a decision to restrict his use of e-cigarettes due to his health condition”, - says the Ministry of Justice.
