Russian forces have brought several Grad multiple rocket launchers (MRL) to occupied ZNPP [Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant], which may indicate the forthcoming provocations.

“Ruscists [Russian soldiers] deployed several Grad MRLs to the territory of the captured Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant yesterday [7 December]”, - says Ukrainian national nuclear energy company Energoatom.

The invaders placed this weapon near power unit No.6, directly next to the territory of the station dry spent fuel storage facility, where some “protective structures” were previously built in secret, violating all conditions for the organisation of nuclear and radiation safety.

Energoatom noted that the Russian invaders use ZNPP for military purposes and have been deploying personnel, military equipment, weapons and explosives there since the beginning of their aggression.

The company informed the IAEA about additional deployment of Grad MLRs directly to the ZNPP site.
