Tbilisi City Court will discuss today, December 9, the postponement of the sentence of Mikheil Saakashvili. The session is scheduled for 13:00.

Judge Giorgi Arevadze will consider the motion of the lawyers regarding the postponement of the sentence for Mikheil Saakashvili. Forensic and independent experts, as well as doctors of “Vivamedi Clinic”, will be questioned at the trial.

It is not yet known whether Mikheil Saakashvili will attend the trial. Former president requested to attend the sitting himself. Lawyers do not rule out Saakashvili joining the court online.

According to the existing information, Mikheil Saakashvili’s supporters and politicians are planning a rally outside the court.
