About a hundred employees of the Rustavi City Hall passed professional training courses. The Mayor of Rustavi, Nino Latsabidze, together with the head of the Public Audit Institute, Gela Tsiklauri, handed over certificates to the employees of the City Hall.

In 2022, 98 civil servants of the City Hall of the Rustavi Municipality completed professional training courses at the “Public Audit Institute”.

Rustavi City Hall has been cooperating with the “Public Audit Institute” for three years. In 2022, after completing corporate, individual and special training courses, 43 civil servants were promoted to leading positions in Rustavi City Hall.

The training courses held at the “Public Audit Institute” included the following areas: construction disputes, legal bases of municipal property management and disposal, managerial skills, program budgeting, development of personal and professional competencies, personal development, leadership and team management, effective communication.
