“The second project is planned to be implemented, which is in the design stage. The building located at 18 Kaloubani Street is in the worst condition.

About 30 families are living there and based on their request, the decision-making process has started. An agreement has been reached with the population. The contract has been signed with the design company, which will complete the detailed design by the end of the year.

After the completion of the design, the families living in the mentioned building will live in the newly built building.

Renovated and fully furnished apartments will be handed over to them. The project will be completed within two years”, - said Kakha Kaladze.
