Irakli Khakhubia, MP from the Georgian Dream, was found dead in his home. According to the existing information, the deputy committed suicide - a firearm was found on the spot.

Khakhubia was 51 years old. He was a member of the Parliament of the 9th and 10th convocations.

According to relatives, Irakli Khakhubia had health problems since 2017, after the death of his son. 5 years ago, his 21-year-old son died tragically.

Police officers are working on the spot.
