The Saburtalo District Board has completed road works on Teimuraz Pirveli Street in Didi Digomi.

“Until now, there was no asphalt pavement on the said street. There was a soil road, which was a big problem in terms of movement, especially in winter and rainy weather.

In this section, traffic lights were erected, waiting areas for public transport were arranged, a zebra crossing equipped with traffic lights, and a special lane for public transport were painted.

This lane will be used by 11 routes of buses and minibuses, which are used by 60,000 passengers in total during the day”, - said the Mayor of Tbilisi Kakha Kaladze.
