The Mayor of Tbilisi instructs the city services to inspect the completed works of the company “Mshen Expert”, which is accused of falsification of a document concerning the Vake Park fountain.

“I want to instruct all agencies, services, boards and subordinate companies under the City Hall to carry out city-wide inspection of all the completed works for compliance with the existing norms and rules, the examination of which was done by “Mshen Expert” LLC.

This is an expert bureau, which is being investigated for issuing a false report. Unfortunately, we cannot turn back time and the only thing each of us can do today is to do everything we can to ensure that such a tragedy never happens again.
