Russian President will meet today his Turkish counterpart in Astana, Kazakhstan, on the sidelines of a regional summit.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that potential talks between Russia and the West might be discussed during the meeting. Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdoğan are both attending the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia.
Last month, the two leaders met on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit in Uzbekistan.
