North Korean Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un stated that he feels no need to talk to his country’s enemies as there is nothing for them to discuss.

Kim allegedly made those comments while inspecting the military training of units dedicated to handling nuclear weapons. The drills reportedly took place from September 25 to October 9. The training was a response to the drills the United States and South Korea were holding together at the time.

The report came after yet another test of a ballistic missile North Korea conducted just shortly after launching one that flew over Japan"s territory, attracting international criticism.
