The employees of Kvemo Kartli Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative-search measures and investigative activities, R.B. (DoB 1985) was arrested for premeditated murder.

The committed crime envisions from 10 to 15 years of imprisonment.

The investigation established that the accused person inflicted injuries with a cold steel to I.A. (DoB 1991) in the village of Kizilajlo, Marneuli Municipality, after a mutual dispute on the basis of the past conflict, and fled from the scene. The wounded man died before being transferred to the hospital.

As a result of the operative search measures and investigative activities, the police arrested R.B. as an accused person.

Law enforcement officers seized the weapon of crime - a knife as evidence.

The investigation into the fact of premeditated murder is ongoing under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
