A 4.0 (ML) magnitude earthquake has hit Georgia. According to the Seismic Monitoring Center, tremors were detected at 10:39 [local time] today, July 28.
It should be mentioned that this is the second earthquake for today.
The epicenter of the earthquake was near the Georgian - Azerbaijan border.
