The President of Georgia announced the selection competition for the positions of the Chairperson of the Central Election Commission and 2 members of the CEC.

The six-month term of office of the CEC Chairperson and 2 members of the agency expires in August 2022.

Salome Zourabichvili issued a decree on the announcement of the selection competition for candidates for the two positions and Chairperson of the Central Election Commission and the creation of the relevant competition commission. Interested persons can submit documents until July 26.
