The Georgian State Security Service and Ministry of Internal Affairs have seized presumed spare parts of armoured military vehicles following a search of a location adjacent to a house in Dusheti municipality.
According to the SSSG, the parts - for “various types of military armour” - had been stored near a citizen’s house.
“The items had been found during a search launched after a judge had issued a warrant for the operation, adding professionals were examining the recovered parts. The crime is punishable by 3 to 6 years imprisonment”, - reads the statement.
