The US Embassy has released a statement on its Facebook page regarding Pride Month.

“This month, we remind the LGBTQI+ community that they are loved and cherished. The United States sees you for who you are - deserving of dignity, respect, and support.

Today and every day, the United States stands with every LGBTQI+ person worldwide in the ongoing struggle against intolerance, discrimination, and injustice”, - reads the statement.
