The rally “Home to Europe” ended late at night in the center of the capital. Before that the participants marched from Rustaveli Avenue to Europe Square, where they waved EU and Georgian flags. The Georgian national anthem was performed during the marching.

The organizers announced the next rally on June 24. According to them, a new civil organization will be created on the same day. Part of the opposition will also attend the rally scheduled for Friday.

Opponents of the ruling team say the country’s European future depends on a change of government.
