Kvemo Kartli police detained two persons - B.B. (date of birth - 1996) and G.Kh. (1999) under the charges of offering resistance to police and interference in ensuring public order and violence against law enforcers with the aim to terminate or modify the activities of protector of public order. Committed crime envisages from 4 to 7 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that on March 23 the mentioned detainees under the alcohol influence, verbally and physically assaulted police officers and representatives of Emergency Situations Management Service with the purpose to interfere in their official duties.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of offering resistance to police and interference in ensuring public order and violence against law enforcers with the aim to terminate or modify the activities of protector of public order, article 353, II part envisaged by the Criminal Code.
