Police detained A.Ts. (date of birth - 1983) for premeditated murder - committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that on February 27, on the basis of the conflict, detainee wounded G.J. (1989) with a shotgun in chest area and fled from the place of crime. The wounded person diet shortly after he was transferred to the hospital.

The weapon of crime, -shotgun was seized by police officers as evidence. Detainee has already pleaded guilty.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 envisaged by the Criminal Code of Georgia.
