There is a noise near the Parliament. The representatives of the civil sector, opposition parties and NGOs are holding protest rally.

A minor incident between the rally participants and law enforcers happened.

According to the protesters, the police prevents them from moving freely, which resulted in a verbal confrontation.

Law enforcers told the protesters that blocking the entrance to the building is unacceptable.
