The Prosecutor General’s candidate focuses on future plans. According to him, a long-term strategy will be developed which will ensure proper functioning of the agency.

“There is a lot of work to be done at the Prosecutor’s office. The first thing to do will be to develop a long-term new strategy and action plan in the Prosecutor’s office, detailing the actions, the priorities that this Office should have. Consequently, each of you, the stakeholder, public will have the opportunity to receive information about these trends. Of course, it will be independent and free from any political influence”, - concluded Irakli Shotadze.
