Bloomberg published an article referring to Bidzina Ivanishvili as “Georgia’s shadow boss”.

According to the article, the law firm of Hogan Lovells signed a USD 75 000 a month contract to represent the Georgian Dream, which Ivanishvili founded in 2012 and runs to this day.
