Police detained in Tbilisi Z.M. (1977), wanted from October 6, 2019, who is accused of illegal restriction of freedom perpetrated in group with a previous agreement for committing or facilitation of other crime. The committed crime envisages from 7 to 10 years of imprisonment.

On October 6, 2019, Z.M. and other accomplices, with a previous agreement, illegally restricted the freedom to G.V. (1979) on Gakhokidze Street, under the physical violence and threats. The victim was taken to Lisi Lake located near the British School, where he was inflicted multiple injuries with knife and firearm. Due to the received traumas, the victim died in the hospital.

Several days after the incident, Z.M. was sentenced to imprisonment in absentia and declared as wanted person from October of 2019.

Along with the accused person, D.R. (1979), V.K. (1986) N.K. (1980) and D.B. (1977) were also charged, sentenced in absentia and declared wanted for premeditated murder committed by the group under the aggravating circumstances with a previous agreement, as well as for illegal restriction of freedom perpetrated by the group with a previous agreement for committing or facilitation of premeditated murder under the aggravating circumstances and for illegal purchase, keeping and carrying of firearm.

The mentioned crimes envisage from 7 to 17 years of imprisonment.
