Raul Khajimba will not participate in so-called elections in occupied Abkhazia, the former de facto leader told Russian media.

“According to the so-called Central Election Commission of occupied Abkhazia, three candidates will be involved in the election process. The de facto Minister of Economy Adgur Ardzinba, a former so called Interior Minister Leonid Dzapshba and the so-called opposition leader Aslan Bzhania. The deadline for submitting the documents to the de facto election commission expired yesterday.
