The officers of Isani - Sagori police division under Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of immediate operative-search and investigative activities detained G.M. (date of birth - 1953) for premeditated murder and illegal purchase-keeping and carrying of firearm.

The committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that on the basis of conflict, detainee shot his neighbor, the citizen of India- M.M. (date of birth - 1986) residing on Solomon Dodashvili Street with a firearm. Due to the received injury the victim died at the place of crime.

The weapon of murder was seized by police as evidence.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder and illegal purchase-keeping and carrying of firearm, articles 108 and 236, III part, sub-paragraph IV of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
