The Government has taken the path of dictatorship agreed upon by both ODIHR and the world community. With such statement Shalva Natelashvili assessed ODIHR’s conclusion.

“The fact that the authorities have taken an anti-democratic course and established a dictatorship is well known both by ODIHR and the international community. Believe me, no such intense statements were made by the US Congress, Senate, European Parliament, the European Union and the world political elite before the overthrow of any dictatorial regime”, - said Shalva Natelashvili.
