The opposition is busy only with issues that are of interest to their parties. Such a statement made Irakli Kobakhidze, a member of the parliamentary majority.
He called on the opposition for the return to legislative activities.
“The oppositional lawmakers had the right to declare political boycott but it was unlikely that the move benefitted them.
It is better if they will concentrate on the elections and parliamentary work. Otherwise, they will further lose votes. Therefore, they should rather work in a different regime although it is their decision. We will be working on the issues important to the society but the opposition is engaged with the issues that are interesting only to their parties”, - concluded Kobakhidze.
