Batu Kutelia, an independent expert and is a Vice-President of Georgian Atlantic Council, is mentioned as the representative of the UNM in the contract signed in 2019 between Orion Strategies, Lobbyist Company which offers public relations and strategic communication services to its clients, and the parliamentary oppositional United National Movement Party. Such a statement made Mamuka Mdinaradze, the leader of Parliamentary majority.

As Mdinardze said, the document confirms that UNM is engaged with systematic manipulation.

Based on the contract, which is signed for one-year term, the Lobbying Company should help UNM in strengthening of democracy.

The leader of ruling team said that UNM was manipulating with lies by portraying Batu Kutelia as being an unbiased and impartial representative of a non-governmental organization before the public.

Of course, everyone, including Kutelia, can do whatever they want, if it is not prohibited by law, but we, the Georgian Dream, the parliamentary majority, will always ensure to show their real work and face to the society”, - said Mamuka Mdinaradze.
