The United National Movement blames Tornike Rizhvadze, the Head of the Adjara government and former chairmen of the region, in corruption deals.
The case concerns a residential building under construction in the Batumi Boulevard.
According to Gela Dekanadze, Adjara government sold the land to the developer company at a lower price than the tariff set by direct sale.
As Dekanadze said, the company had violations, but it was not fined.
