Rain and snow are expected in Georgia for January 31 and February 1.

According to the National Environment Agency, weather forecasters also prognosticate a strong wind, dense fog and blizzard in the mountainous regions and storm in the magnitude 4-5 at the Black Sea.

The Agency added that abundant precipitation may cause the formation of avalanches and activation of land sliding processes.
