Santa Claus from Lapland arrived in Ditsi together with the ambassadors.

Children from several villages along the occupation line were waiting for Santa from the morning. He gave gifts to the little ones at the local school and wished them a happy New Year.

“Behind me there are two important flags – the first is the flag of Georgia, and the second – of Finland. I know what does it mean to live without Russia, but if we both want to live together, we can do it. I am sure and I hope that this line will soon dissolve and we will have the opportunity to move to a united Georgia. I wish peace and unity to Georgia in 2020”, - said Santa Claus.
