Because of the New Year’s events, the traffic pattern on some sections of the road near First Republic Square will change from 22:00.

According to the City Hall, traffic from Tabukashvili Street to Rustaveli Avenue and Kostava Street will pass through the road near the Radisson Hotel, returning to Javakhishvili Street and continue its route on Rustaveli Avenue.

Traffic flow will return to normal as soon as the events are over. Patrol police crews will monitor the safe movement of transport.

Besides, the buses and the subway will be free of charge until 4 am.

As for the weather, according to the National Environment Agency, it will be raining on January 1-2 of 2020 in western Georgia.

Snow is expected in high mountains and mountainous regions of east Georgia. The air temperature in rest of east Georgia will be +8, +13 degrees.
