The Prosecutor General’s Office has released information on the case of one of the founders of the Mtavari Arkhi Giorgi Rurua.

According to the Investigation Department, to the article - illegal purchase and possession of firearms - was added the new one: failure to comply with the court ruling and obstructing its implementation.

As the Office says, Giorgi Rurua refused to take DNA and fingerprints according to a court ruling.
