Zaur Kintiraya, a lawyer in Poti, accuses Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti District Prosecutor’s Office of human rights violation.

According to him, based on operative information, one of the citizens was deprived of a car.

Investigative works and expertise have been carried out. It is proved that the car was not purchased in violation of the law and the owner did not commit any crime. However, the Prosecutor’s office has not returned the car to the owner until now.
