Early parliamentary elections will be held in Britain today.
Acting Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who will not attend the EU summit on December 12-13, is hoping to win.
Preliminary polls justify Johnson’s forecast. According to the poll, “Conservatives” are supported by 42% of voters. “Labor party” – 30%, “Liberal Democrats” – 12% and Brexit - only 3% of voters.
Early elections were set by Johnson’s initiative after the legislature failed to approve an agreement with the EU on Brexit.
