Under the Georgian Dream government, unemployment has halved and decreased from 26.7% to 13.7%, writes the Speaker of the Parliament on the social network.
“In 4 years, the unemployment rate will be at the lowest rate since independence and will be 4%, which is lower than the average rate of unemployment in the European Union today (6%).
With this, unemployment in our country will be lower than that of the 21 member states of the EU today.
Only the Netherlands, Germany, Malta, Slovenia, Poland and the Czech Republic have an unemployment rate lower than 4% in the EU, of which the lowest rate - 2.7% - is in the Czech Republic”, - writes Shalva Papuashvili.
