For October 26, 2024 Parliamentary elections sequence numbers of election subjects are defined

The Central Election Commission (CEC) of Georgia defined the sequence numbers of election subjects for the October 26, 2024 Parliamentary Elections of Georgia at today’s meeting.

In the preparatory process for the elections, aiming at promoting equal electoral environment for election subjects and considering the earliest possible timeframe stipulated in the legislation, the procedure for casting lots to define the sequence numbers of election subjects has been arranged at today’s meeting.

It is noteworthy that the allocation of sequence numbers was broadcasted in the live regime and each interested individual had an opportunity to witness the mentioned process. The meeting had an attendance of local and international observers.

The sequence numbers for election subjects were defined by the CEC, using both the approach of casting lots as well as the information which was submitted to the CEC by the entitled political parties through their applications within the timeframes stipulated by the law (no later than July 17).

Election subjects are given the following sequence numbers:

№1 – Yes to Europe - Strategy Aghmashenebeli
№2 – European Georgia – Movement for Freedom
№3 – The Party of Georgian Unity and Development
№4 – New Unity Gvaramia Melia
№5 – United National Movement
№6 – European Democrats of Georgia
№7 – Aleko Elisashvili – Citizens
№8 – Alliance of Patriots of Georgia
№9 – Lelo for Georgia
№10 – Georgian Labour Party
№11 – Republican Party of Georgia
№12 – Our United Georgia
№13 – Social Democratic Party of Georgia
№14 – Third Way
№15 – For Justice
№16 – Change Georgia

№18 – Progress and Freedom
