The Georgian Dream relies on black money received from a network of fraudulent call centers located all over the world to finance its activities and harass the opposition, the Helsinki Commission writes on the social network.

The State Department should stop the activities of these call centers, which are financing the anti-democratic campaign of the Georgian Dream against the Georgian people”, - writes the Helsinki Commission on X.
