“Fix Tbilisi” application, which was created by the Municipal Services Development Agency, launched in the capital.
This software serves as an explicit channel of communication between the municipality and citizens, with an aim of facilitating the reporting of infrastructure damage. Currently, citizens report any damage through the hotline or Facebook.
In case a person sees that an attraction in the park is damaged, he or she can take a photo with the mentioned application, indicate the address and send it. This information will be received by respective departments, assuming responsibility for promptly resolving the issue at hand.
At present, the application encompasses 4 distinct categories of issues, comprising damage to road infrastructure, damage to trees and plants, damage to outdoor lighting, and damage to park infrastructure.
