The Mayor of Rustavi introduced one of the main directions of the reform of the municipal services in the Rustavi City Hall - the modern municipal service center project to the head of the local self-government program of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Kevin McLaughin.
Nino Latsabidze toured the building of the new Center for Citizen Services to the representatives of the International Development Center of the USA and provided information about the services that the people of Rustavi will receive in one space very soon.
The meeting is a part of the joint action plan developed within the framework of the program, which should be implemented in 5 years within the framework of the memorandum signed between the USAID Local Self-Government Program and Rustavi Municipality.
The new municipal service center, the construction of which is almost finished, will serve citizens from the summer of this year.
In service centers, citizens can use all the services offered by the municipality to Rustavi citizens in one space.
The action plan developed within the framework of the USAID Local Self-Government Program will help the Rustavi City Hall to further improve the new municipal service.
